據(jù)中國貿(mào)易救濟信息網(wǎng)消息，2025年8月4日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定移動蜂窩通信設(shè)備（Certain Mobile Cellular Communications Devices）啟動337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1456）。

2025年7月3日，韓國Pantech Corporation of the Republic of Korea向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品違反了美國337條款（侵權(quán)美國注冊專利號9,548,839、11,659,503、11,051,344、12,267,876），請求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿(mào)易委員會將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
