據(jù)中國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)消息，2025年11月17日，美國Adeia,Inc.、美國Adeia Semiconductor Bonding Technologies, Inc.,、美國Adeia Holdings Inc.根據(jù)《美國1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國際貿(mào)易委員會提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷售的特定半導(dǎo)體器件及其下游計算產(chǎn)品和組件（Certain Semiconductor Devices, Computing Products Containing the Same,and Components Thereof）違反了美國337條款。
