據(jù)中國(guó)貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)3月24日消息，2025年3月21日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)特定外國(guó)制造的半導(dǎo)體器件及其下游產(chǎn)品和組件（Certain Foreign-Fabricated Semiconductor Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1443）。

2025年2月18日，愛爾蘭Longitude Licensing Ltd. of Ireland、愛爾蘭Marlin Semiconductor Limited of Ireland向美國(guó)ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品違反了美國(guó)337條款（侵權(quán)美國(guó)注冊(cè)專利號(hào)7,745,847、9,093,473、9,147,747、9,184,292），請(qǐng)求美國(guó)ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。

中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited of Taiwan、美國(guó)Apple Inc. of Cupertino, CA、美國(guó)Broadcom Inc. of Palo Alto, CA、中國(guó)香港特別行政區(qū)Lenovo Group Limited of China、中國(guó)湖北Motorola (Wuhan) Mobility Technologies Communication Company Limited of China摩托羅拉（武漢）移動(dòng)技術(shù)通信有限公司、中國(guó)福建Motorola Mobile Communication Technology Ltd. of China摩托羅拉移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)有限公司、中國(guó)廣東OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. of China、美國(guó)Qualcomm Inc. of San Diego, CA為列名被告。

美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國(guó)貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟(jì)令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
